Mohawk Park is said to be haunted by "little people" who can be heard talking and moving throughout the area, but are invisible. An 8-foot-tall Deer Lady, who is said to be half woman, half deer, is another spirit that has been spotted here, standing on her hind legs. A bathroom on the golf course is also believed to be haunted, as it is always freezing inside, even during the summer, and the light has been seen on at night, although there is no electricity in that building.
