Old Bessie Gymnasium - Bessie OK Haunted Place

This gymnasium once operated as a morgue and there have been a number of paranormal reports coming from inside the building. The previous caretaker's apparition has been spotted wearing a black trench coat and top hat, and vanishes whenever approached. There are a number of cold spots that have been reported throughout the building and pounding hooves have also been heard when nobody was around.
