The "White Lady" is known to haunt this 1929 theater. Her apparition is that of an elegant woman wearing a white dress, and has been seen descending the main staircase. This theater and convention hall was originally built in 1914 and remodeled in 1930 and again in 1952. The ghost of an opera singer is believed to linger here. Established in 1966 as the Enid Community Theatre, it is Northwest Oklahoma's oldest and most active. The ghost that is said to linger here goes by the name of "Alton" and is said to be the former owner of the adjacent mercantile.
